However, blade sharpening and gap adjustment remains a significant shortcoming of domestic models—a persistent pain point for our customers. The inconvenience of sharpening and adjusting blade gaps often leads users to reduce the frequency of maintenance during peak operating seasons, resulting in uneven chopping quality and the appearance of white, unchopped material toward the end of the job. This can even lead to rejection by some dairy farms. In response, Muzhe has devoted extensive R&D efforts to develop and introduce an automatic fixed–moving blade gap adjustment feature. This innovative function enables quick and precise adjustment of the blade gap after sharpening, ensuring that the gap is always maintained at its optimal setting. As a result, the chopper consistently delivers top-notch chopping performance, dramatically improving forage quality and enhancing the core competitiveness of our products.

Optional metal detection device available:

The metal detector for forage harvesters hinges on the ingenious application of electromagnetic induction technology. During operation, the detection head emits high-frequency electromagnetic waves that can penetrate various materials. When these waves encounter metal, they are absorbed and their magnetic field is altered, inducing an eddy current in the detection head’s sensing coil. This induced current is then amplified by an amplifier and processed by the detector’s internal circuitry, generating a clear detection signal that confirms whether the target object is metallic. This functionality significantly enhances operational safety and reduces unnecessary damage to the equipment during use.

Building on the proven performance advantages of the original classic model, the new机型 adopts a globally advanced design approach for its overall structure, with a dedicated service, inspection, and maintenance access space in the midsection of the machine. The feed system has been upgraded to an integrated rotary design, enabling quick and convenient maintenance, smooth feeding, and minimal harvest losses. It features automatic blade sharpening and automatic adjustment of the fixed–moving knife clearance, ensuring consistent chopping quality. An optional hydraulically reversible fan is available for the engine to prevent power surges under high-temperature conditions, further enhancing reliability. The machine also incorporates world-leading roller-type grain-crushing technology, delivering crushing performance that leads the domestic market.
