4QZ-18D Forage Harvester

　Details of the 4QZ-18D Green Forage Harvester

　　1. Grain crushing: a roller-type grain crusher employing imported technology.

　　1) High kernel breakage rate: no more than one whole corn kernel per liter of forage.

　　2) Working principle of the double-roller crusher: The two rollers are floating and flexible, allowing foreign objects to be smoothly discharged upon entry, thereby reducing the failure rate.

　　2. Ultra-High-Power China IV Engine

　　Equipped with a renowned 430-horsepower engine, delivering robust power, excellent fuel efficiency, and easy maintenance.

　　3. The 3.5-meter foldable header is based on the original 4QZ-18A chassis, featuring an extra-large and extra-wide feed inlet, delivering high operational efficiency and excellent feeding performance.

　　A metal-foreign-object-infeed prevention device has been installed on the cutting platform, reducing the likelihood of metal foreign objects being fed into the system.

　　4. Fast efficiency:

　　The feed inlet width reaches 750 mm, and the harvesting width is 3,500 mm, ensuring ultra-high material throughput and effective flattening of the material, while maintaining a stable material flow throughout the operation.

　　5. Hobbing-type chopping:

The cutter roller is designed using advanced foreign technology, with blades arranged in a four-row herringbone pattern. The chopping length is continuously adjustable in two settings, ranging from 9 to 22 mm, ensuring precise and perfect feed length.

　　6. Automatic Knife Sharpening

　　Equipping the machine with an automatic knife-sharpening system ensures consistent chopping quality.

　　7. Automatic Lubrication

　　An imported, well-known brand automatic lubrication system has been installed to ensure bearing life and enhance machine stability.

　　8. Retrofit with dual hydrostatic drive

　　Both the travel system and the feed system have been fully equipped with imported dual-hydrostatic drives, which are flexibly integrated to significantly reduce the failure rate.

　　9. Installation of a thin-oil lubrication system:

　　An automatic thin-oil lubrication system has been installed, ensuring continuous lubrication of the vehicle’s entire chain drive for extended service life and more reliable operation.
