Hebei Muzhe Agricultural and Pastoral Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in June 2013, with its predecessor being the Silage Division of Hebei Nonghaha Machinery Group Co., Ltd. The company has been independently researching and developing silage harvesters since 2002, giving it more than two decades of experience in this field. In 2013, to enhance the market competitiveness of its silage harvesters, the Board of Directors of Nonghaha decided, following several meetings, to establish Muzhe Silage as a subsidiary. Nonghaha holds a 51% stake, while the former management team and outstanding employees of the Silage Division collectively hold the remaining 49%. Muzhe Machinery has a registered capital of RMB 5 million, currently employs over 150 people, achieves annual sales of more than 300 units, and generates an annual output value exceeding RMB 70 million. The company’s primary product is the self-propelled silage harvester model 4QZ-18A, which features a compact design, high operational efficiency, and grain-crushing performance comparable to that of world-leading forage-harvesting machines. The product is now sold in 19 provinces and municipalities, including Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, and Tianjin.
The company boasts state-of-the-art machining equipment and a comprehensive suite of inspection and testing instruments. It has acquired high-end machinery, including single-screw air compressors, CNC lathes, CNC plasma cutting machines, large-scale laser cutting machines, and dynamic balancing testers, thereby establishing a fully integrated production and machining system that lays a solid foundation for manufacturing high-quality products that have earned widespread acclaim.
